Reservation terms

Reservation Terms

  1. What you're paying for. The €15 reservation holds one Drop 01 piece in your chosen colour and size and gives you first access at the founding price. It is not a purchase of the finished product.
  2. Concept stage. Drop 01 pieces are in development. Images on the site are AI-generated concept previews; final fabric, colour and details may vary slightly.
  3. Deduction. When Drop 01 opens, your €15 is deducted from the price of the reserved piece.
  4. Refunds. You can cancel and get the full €15 back at any time before your order ships, with no reason needed. Email [CONTACT EMAIL]. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  5. If we don't produce. If Drop 01 (or your piece) is not produced, every reservation is refunded in full automatically.
  6. Timing. Current shipping estimate: early 2027. We'll email reservers with confirmed dates before asking for the remaining balance.
  7. Changes. You can change colour or size free of charge until the balance is paid.
  8. Statutory rights. These terms do not affect your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers once you buy the final product.
