Is the €15 refundable?
Yes. Fully, any time before your order ships. Email us and it's back on your card within 5–10 days.
What happens to my deposit?
It's deducted from the final price when Drop 01 opens. You'll get first access and the founding price before the public launch.
When does it ship?
We produce once reservations confirm demand. Current estimate: early 2027. Reservers get dates first, and can cancel any time before shipping.
